Born underground in the cellar of a Brighton pub, Dark Star is a hobby that got out of control. Planned on the back of a beer mat with flair, grit and grey matter, from day one we made it our mission to deliver flavour to the hopheads.

We’ve come a long way since the days of carrying American hops across the Atlantic in a suitcase, but some things never change. Fuelled by hops and limitless imagination, we continue to escape the orbit of ordinary on our endless search for out of this world beer.
