1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter (Asahi Limited, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion).
 
2. Promotion Period: All participants must have participated before 23:59 on 31 August 2020.
 
3. To participate:
  • Residents of the United Kingdom: Purchase a promotional pack of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, scan the QR code on the display at participating retailers and access the microsite. As soon as you have accessed the landing page you will be informed by on-screen message advising if you have won, and what you have won.  The on-screen message will request your contact details to fulfil your prize.  
  • Residents of the Republic of Ireland: Purchase a promotional pack of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, scan the QR code on the display at participating retailers and access the microsite.  Complete the tie-breaker to describe your ultimate passeggiata in 63 words or fewer and submit your personal details as requested.
 
4. Maximum one prize of each type per person.
 
5. Prizes: There are various prizes available as follows:
  • 5-night trips to Italy. Prize includes: return business class flights from a London or ROI airport to Milan, private transfers, five nights’ 5-star accommodation (double or twin room, breakfast included); 2 nights in Milan, 3 nights in Lake Como. Private half day walking tour of Milan, including a small food tour.  Tasting menu dinner, further 4-course dinner, private cruise on Lake Como, and £500 spending money.  Guest must be over the age of 18.  Transfers to and from London airport are not included.  Travel insurance is included but does not cover pre-existing medical conditions.   Prize may not be taken over Christmas, Easter, Milan Fashion Week or Weekend, and the Milan Grand Prix,  or public or bank holidays in the UK or in Italy.  Dates are subject to availability, and the trip must be taken before 30 September 2021.

6. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. 
 
7. Winner Selection:
  • UK - Instant Win:  The Promoter has allocated a series of specific times equal to the number of prizes available.  The person who accesses the landing page of the microsite on or first after a specific time will be the winner of that prize and will receive an on-screen message as set out above.  Non-winning entrants will also receive an on-screen message advising them they were unsuccessful.
  • Republic of Ireland: All valid tie-breakers will be judged on the criteria set out below, within 10 working days of the end of the promotion period, by a panel including at least one judge who is independent from the promoter.  The name of the independent judge is available by emailing help@peroni.promo between 1 April to 31 October 2020.  The winners will be the entrants who submit the highest-scoring entries.  See clause 7 for what constitutes an invalid entry and see clause 8 for the criteria on which Republic of Ireland resident entries will be judged. 
  
8. Republic of Ireland tie-breaker entries received from will be deemed invalid if they:
  • include any reference to inappropriate or excessive drinking; 
  • contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content; 
  • represent a danger to health and safety; 
  • promote drugs or drug culture;
  • refer to brands other than those of the Promoter;
  • include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names etc.); or
  • include the names, of any individual without their express permission.
 
9. Republic of Ireland tie-breaker Judging Criteria: Valid entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
  • Compliance with word limit;
  • Quality of idea contained in the entry; and
  • Writing style of the entrant in the entry.
 
10. Unclaimed Prize:  If, despite the best efforts of the Promoter, any prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate that prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.
 
11. Winner Notification:
  • United Kingdom residents:  on-screen message immediately after accessing the microsite.
  • Republic of Ireland residents: winners will be contacted using the contact details they supplied on entering their tie-breaker entry within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
 
12. A winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if the winner is or looks under 25 such publicity will not include photographs of the winner. 
 
13. Further Prize details:
 
  • Trip to Italy: 
  1. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
  2. Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age;
  3. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided; 
  4. All travel bookings will be made via the Promoter’s nominated travel agency and must be made at least 6 weeks in advance of proposed travel dates;
  5. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
  6. Travel Insurance for pre-existing medical conditions is NOT included; 
  7. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;
  8. The winners are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance, valid passports (minimum 2 clear pages, minimum 6 months’ validity from proposed date of return), visas and all health or other Government requirements prior to departure;  
  9. All travel is subject to the airline’s standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;  
  10. Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer; 
  11. once flight tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies; 
  12. travel may not take place during the Italian Grand Prix, Milan Fashion Week or Milan Fashion Weekend and must be taken by 30 September 2021; and
  13. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner. 
 
  • Bottle Opener: Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of winner address confirmation and subject to compliance with any reasonable request by the Promoter or its agent for proof of age or identity. Delivery time is further subject to stock arriving from China which has been delayed through no fault of the Promoter.  At the time of writing, the Bottle Openers are estimated to be ready for delivery to winners in the first week of May.  The Promoter will update winners of the Bottle Openers if there is any further extension on the delivery timeframe.

3. To participate: Purchase a pint of London Pride at a participating venue (see HERE for list of participating venues) during the Promotion Period and receive a 6 Nations collector card with one stamp. At each subsequent purchase of a pint of London Pride at a participating venue during the Promotion Period ask the bar staff to stamp your 6 Nations collector card. When you have 4 stamps on your collector card, hand it to bar staff who will exchange it for the Reward. Photocopied, damaged or defaced collector cards will not be accepted.

Tesco London Marathon

 

1. Promotion is open to individuals who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter (Asahi Limited), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

5. To participate:  Find a promotional bottle of London Pride 500ml.  During the Promotion Period send an SMS to 85100 with “PRIDE” then your name and date of birth (dd/mm/yy format).
 
6. Messages are charged at standard message rate by your operator. 
 
7. Prize1 winner will win 2 seats in one of the Virgin Money London Marathon 2020 lead cars on Sunday 26 April 2020.  The winner and guest will enjoy a tour of the Fuller’s Brewery, Chiswick, on Saturday 25 April and stay the night in the Tower Hotel, London (twin or double, breakfast included) before a pre-race meal. After the Virgin Money London Marathon has concluded, the winner and guest will attend post-race drinks.  The lead cars are not accessible to people with certain mobility issues.  If the winner has mobility issues, the winner and guest will view the race from the viewing platform on The Mall.

19. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
 
20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions or offering the prize or any part of it the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation
  
21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
 
22. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
23. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
