With a history dating back to 1295 AD, St Stefanus is an unpasteurised Belgian Blonde Abbey beer. St Stefanus is brewed using three different yeasts, including the Jerumanus yeast strain that was entrusted to the Van Steenberge family brewery by the monks of Sint Stefanus.
