Kozel, the easy-drinking flavoursome Czech beer, will once again be supporting London’s Street Feast night markets this summer. Offering an authentic World Beer experience, Kozel will be pouring every Friday and Saturday night, 5pm until late, through to the end of September at events across London.
Following last year’s success at Dalston Yard with over 75,000 visitors across the summer, Kozel has extended its partnership with the popular food and drink festival to cover three sites including Lewisham Model Market and Shoreditch Dinerama, as well as Dalston Yard. The 22-week long run will feature an impressive line-up of over 50 of London’s finest street food traders.
Street Feast events started in May 2012, taking place in car parks, builders’ yards, warehouses and power stations across London, presenting a new platform for street food vendors to express their culinary creativity. Gourmet classics are the main dishes on offer including burgers from Bleecker Street, mouth-watering barbeque from Smokestak and delicious tacos by Breddos as well as new, experimental dishes. This progressive street food culture, and Street Feast in particular, resonates with Kozel’s laid-back attitude and brings people together in a fun, relaxed setting.
Taking pride of place at Dalston Yard, the Kozel beer truck (a converted 1965 Citroën H-van) will be on hand to supply visitors with perfectly chilled pints of easy-drinking flavoursome Czech beer. Kozel will also be pouring from the main bar at Lewisham’s Model Market and at Dinerama in Shoreditch later on in the summer.
Tim Clay, Sales Director, comments: “We are delighted to be part of what is bound to be yet another exciting summer of sensational food and great beer at Street Feast. These events are fantastic places for people to experience the perfect pint of Kozel and match the beer with all kinds of mouth-watering food.”
